4.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2006-18:  Request by Mitchell Planning Group, LLC, to change the zoning on 63.878 acres in the William Paine Survey from Commercial (C) Zoning District to Planned Development-Commercial (PD-C) Zoning District for Zones One and Two, in addition to allowing Single Family Residential use in Zone Two, being located Northwest of I-35E, between Solon and Patrick Roads and take action on ZA2006-18

 

5.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2006-19:  Request by Rockett Special Utility District to change the zoning on 78.889 acres in the Thomas Selby Survey from Future Development (FD) Zoning District to General Retail (GR) and Commercial (C) Zoning Districts for a Water Treatment Plant, General Retail and Commercial uses, located East of Hwy. 77 North, between Butcher Road (FM 387) and Panorama Loop and take action on ZA2006-19

 

6.         Consider Preliminary Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A, Waxahachie Crossing Subdivision, located on the Northwest corner of U.S. Hwy. 287, West of Hwy. 77 North and South of YMCA Drive – Applicant:  Winkelmann and Associates  (PLM 2006-31)
