8.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2006-24:  Request by Signature Senior Living, LLC to amend the Planned Development-44-General Retail (PD-44-GR) Zoning District on approximately 3.3 acres in the John Gooch Survey to allow for an Assisted Living Facility to be located on the Southwest corner of Brown Street (F.M. 813) and Indian Drive and take action.  (ZA2006-24)
