4.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2006-33:  Request by Navarro College, to change the zoning on 20.990 acres in a portion of Spirolite Addition from Planned Development-14-Heavy Industrial (PD-14-HI) to Light Industrial-1 (LI-1) to allow for additional expansions for the Navarro College campus, located at 1900 John Arden Drive and take action.  (ZA2006-33)

 

5.         Consider Final Plat of Lot 1R, Block 1, Navarro College Addition, being a Replat of Lot 1, Block 1, Navarro College Addition and a 20.990 acre portion of Lot 1, Block A, Spirolite Addition, located at John Arden Drive and Sam George Drive – Owner:  Navarro College (FP2006-54)

 

6.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2006-34:  Request by Rodolfo and Lorene Salas, for a Specific Use Permit within Single Family-1 (SF-1) Zoning District for the construction of a guest house in excess of 500 square feet (840 sq. ft.), located at 2305 Marshall Road, being Lot 8, Marshall Road Estates, West of F.M. 664 and take action – Owner:  Rodolfo and Lorena Salas (ZA2006-34)

 

7.         Consider Preliminary Plat of Buffalo Ridge, being 221.9 acres located in the Wm. T. Dunn and W.C. Calder Surveys, located on Broadhead Road, Southeast of Karsen Heights Subdivision and South of Mustang Meadows Phase One – Applicant:  Steve Gee (PLM2006-40)
