White and J.B. and Ann Adams Surveys from Future Development (FD) to Planned Development-Single Family, Multi-family, General Retail and Commercial (PD-SF, MF, GR, C) to provide for a variety of uses on the property, located on the Southeast corner of FM 879 and Park School House Road and generally bordering the Union Pacific Railroad.  (ZA2005-61)

 

5.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2006-35:  Request by Rodman Paving for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) within Planned Development-69-Single Family-3 (PD-69-SF-3) Zoning District for a temporary batch plant to be used in the construction of Phase II of the Settler’s Glen, located on Ovilla Road (FM664) and Marshall Road, being Lots 16-23, Block P, Settler’s Glen Phase II.  (ZA2006-35)

7.         Consider Preliminary Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Chapman Corner, being 5.3220 acres in the John Gooch Survey, located on the Southwest corner of Brown Street (F.M. 813) and Indian Drive – Applicant:  Signature Senior Living, LLC (PLM2006-47)
