Lacy Company, Ltd., for a Specific Use Permit within General Retail (GR) Zoning District for a temporary batch plant for the construction of The Arbor at Willow Grove, Ph. 1 Subdivision (formerly Hedgewood Phase I Subdivision), to be located North of Country Meadow Blvd. on the East side of Highway 77 North and take action  (ZA2007-01)

 

5.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-03: Request by Kyle Gibson for Site Plan approval within Planned Development-13-General Retail (PD-13-GR) Zoning District for a Cotton Patch Restaurant in the Waxahachie Marketplace, located on the West side of Highway 77 North and South of Chicken Express, being Lot 4, Block 2, Eason Properties II.  (ZA2007-03)
