5.         Continuation of Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-15:  Request by Diane Johnson Collard to change the zoning from Single Family-2 (SF-2) Zoning District to Planned Development-Single Family (PD-SF) Zoning District for proposed Belle Meadows Gated Community, located on the West side of Cantrell Street (F.M. 1446), being 39.852 acres in the E.W. Rogers Survey and take action (ZA2007-15)

 

6.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-18:  Request by GMRI Texas L.P., for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) within Commercial (C) Zoning District for a Private Club within an Olive Garden Restaurant, located in the Waxahachie Towne Center on the East side of U.S. Hwy. 77, North of Chili’s Restaurant, being 1.087 acres in the Robert Parks Survey and take action – (ZA2007-18)

 

7.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-20:  Request by GTI for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) within Single family-2 (SF-2) Zoning District for a Temporary Concrete Batch Plant located just North and West of Mustang Creek Phase 1 and Northwest of U.S. Hwy 287 and F.M. 813 (Brown Street), being Lots 9-18, Block O, Mustang Creek Phase 2 and take action (ZA2007-20)
