5.         Consider Site Plan approval within Planned Development-13-General Retail (PD-13-GR) Zoning District for a single story retail office building, to be located on the Southwest corner of Indian Drive and U.S. Hwy. 77 North, across from HEB Grocery Store, being Lot 2, Block 2, Eason Properties II. –Applicant: Duncan McCormick (ZA2007-16)

 

6.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-21:  Request by Coal City Cob Co. Inc., for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) within a Heavy Industrial-1 (HI-1) Zoning District  to construct a facility for tanker trailer cleaning and related operations, located at 4300 IH 35E North, being Lot 1R, Block 3, Lofland Development Addition and take action. (ZA2007-21)

 

7.         Consider Replat of the Lofland Development Addition being Lot 2R and Lot 3, Block 3, located at 4300 IH 35E North –Applicant: Michael O. Cloonen (RP2007-26)

 

8.         Consider Preliminary Plat of Saddle Ridge, being 96.128 acres in the James Barker and Jesse J. Davidson Surveys, located at the Southeast corner of Lone Elm Road and F.M. 875 – Applicant:  Alan Lauhoff, P.E. (PLM2007-24)
