(2.4 ac.) and Office (O) (2.6 ac.) to Planned Development (PD) for Park Place
Professional Center for various retail and office uses, located on the
Northeast Corner of Park Place Blvd. and U.S. Hwy. 287, South of Indian Hills
Subdivision, being 13.411 acres in the J.B. and Ann Adams Survey and take
