4.             Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-23:  Request by Alan Lauhoff to change the zoning from Planned Development-General Retail (PD-GR (8.4 ac.), General Retail (GR) (2.4 ac.) and Office (O) (2.6 ac.) to Planned Development (PD) for Park Place Professional Center for various retail and office uses, located on the Northeast Corner of Park Place Blvd. and U.S. Hwy. 287, South of Indian Hills Subdivision, being 13.411 acres in the J.B. and Ann Adams Survey and take action.  (ZA2007-23)

 

5.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-25:  Request by Dennis L. Durrett, Plaza Dine, Inc., for Site Plan approval within Planned Development-19-General Retail (PD-19-GR) Zoning District to demolish the existing Taco Bell Restaurant and construct a new Taco Bell Prototype, to be located at 602 Hwy. 77 North, being on the East side of Hwy. 77 North, South of Whataburger, being 0.6970 acres in the John Gooch Survey.  (ZA2007-25)

 

6.         Consider Site Plan approval within Planned Development-19-General Retail (PD-19-GR) Zoning District to demolish the existing Taco Bell Restaurant and construct a new Taco Bell Prototype, to be located at 602 Hwy. 77 North, being on the East side of Hwy. 77 North, South of Whataburger, being 0.6970 acres in the John Gooch Survey.  (ZA2007-25)

 

7.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-29:  Request by Ken Mitchell, Two Country Lane – Waxahachie, Ltd., for a Site Plan approval within Planned Development-Office (PD-O) Zoning District for Senior Citizens Independent living apartments for the project Country Lane Seniors on the East side of Highway 77 South to be located on proposed Park Hills Drive across from Dunaway Elementary School, being 7.1476 acres in the John Harris Survey – Owner:  Ken Mitchell, Two Country Lane – Waxahachie, Ltd. (ZA2007-29)
