7.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-31:   Request by Austin International Ventures, Inc. for a Specific Use Permit within a Light Industrial  (LI-1)  Zoning District to allow the facility to include a repair shop for construction equipment and outside storage for equipment, located at I-35 near Solon Road, in the E. Newton Survey, Abstract 790 & J. Shaver Survey, Abstract 1000, on approximately 47.852 acres – Owner: Brown Properties, Ltd. and take action (ZA2007-31)

 

8.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-32:  Request by Nick Hester, Plaza L.P., Waxahachie, Ltd. for a Site Plan approval within (PD-76-O) zoning district for additional parking spaces in rear of property and add additional landscaping on property located at 100 Executive Court on the West side of Brown St., being  Lot 1C, Littleton Estates – Applicant: Nick Hester (ZA2007-32)
