Pruett Survey, on approximately 6.67 acres – Applicant: Douglas Hunt (ZA2007-35)

 

5.         Consider recommendation of Zoning Amendment Request 2007-35

 

6.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-34:  Request by Robert Smith for a Specific Use Permit within a Light Industrial-1 (LI-1) Zoning District with Specific Use Permit to add a Water Kiosk to the Natural Food & Organic Market located at 2305 N. Hwy. 77 North of Tyler Drive, containing 1.205 acres, being Lot 1, Block A, Paradise Grove- Owner: Robert Smith (ZA2007-34)

8.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-36:  Request by Roger & Carol Flores Trust, for a Site Plan approval within Planned Development-3-General Retail (PD-3-GR) Zoning District to replace existing “Johnny Carinos Country Italian” signage with similar signage reflecting new name “Carinos Italian Grill”, located at 988 W. Hwy. 287 Bypass, being Lot 1C, Littleton Estates – Applicant: Charles Mercer/Carinos Italian Grill (ZA2007-36)

11.       Discuss a request to amend the Zoning Ordinance to add a "New & Unlisted Use" of a "Winery" to the Use Chart, the zoning categories to allow the use and a definition
