College, Lot 5, Block 1 in Old Town Addition – Owner: Rogers Hotel Holding LP (ZA2007-39)

11.       Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-40:  Request by Waxahachie Preparatory Academy, for a Specific Use Permit within Single-Family 2 (SF-2) Zoning District to hold classes during the week for private nonprofit school located at 221 Solon Road at the corner of John Arden Drive and Solon Road, Lot 1, Block A, being 9.667 acres in the University Assembly of God Church Addition – Owner: University Assembly of God (ZA2007-40)
