9.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-42:  Request by Larry Burns, for a Zoning Amendment from Central Area (CA) to Central Area with Specific Use Permit (CA w/SUP) for used auto sales, being Lot 17, Block 2B, being 0.138 acres located at 204 S. Elm St. in Old Town Addition– Owner: Larry Burns (ZA2007-42)
