10.       Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-44:  Request by The Boyce Feed and Grain Corp., for a Zoning Amendment from Light Industrial (LI) to Planned Development-Commercial (PD-C) for expansion of current use, being Lot 1A, Block 27A and Block 98 Town Addition being a Replat of Part of Blocks 27A, 98, and 100A of Town Addition– Applicant: Dennis Horak (ZA2007-44)
