5.         Continue Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2008-13:  Request by M 287 LP Mark Tolocko, for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for Auto Repair within a General Retail (GR) Zoning District to be located at Southwest corner of Hwy. 287 Bypass and Stadium Drive, being 1.431 acres, Lot 1 in The Village at Waxahachie Phase I – Owner: Mark Tolocko (ZA2008-13)

 

6.         Consider recommendation of Zoning Amendment Request No. ZA 2008-13

 

7.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2008-17:  Request by Don Davis, for a Specific Use Permit within a Light Industrial (LI) Zoning District for an office/warehouse/distributorship, being 2.264 acres in the J.C. Armstrong Survey, Abstract 6 to be located at 1650 F.M. 66 – Owner: Keith Lindmark (ZA2008-17)

9.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2008-15:  Request by Will Allen, for a Specific Use Permit within a Commercial (C) Zoning District for an Outdoor Storage (42 containers) between October and January of each year to be located at 1200 N. Hwy. 77. – Owner: Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust (ZA2008-15)

 

10.       Consider recommendation of Zoning Amendment Request No. ZA 2008-15

 

11.       Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2008-16:  Request by Will Allen, for a Specific Use Permit within a Commercial (C) Zoning District for a outdoor seasonal sales area (40,000 square feet) to be located at 1200 N. Hwy. 77. – Owner: Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust (ZA2008-16)

 

12.       Consider recommendation of Zoning Amendment Request No. ZA 2008-16
