Vendor Instructions
All vendors must complete and submit both the Farmer’s Market Vendor Application and the Health Department Market Vendor Permit. Both forms and required fees must be sent to:

Food vendors (not including produce) must also complete and submit the Data Sheet for Temporary Food Establishment. This form should be returned to the City of Waxahachie Health Department.
The regular Farmer’s Market season will end Saturday, October 18, 2008. The Texas Country Reporter Festival will be held in the historic downtown on Saturday, October 25, 2008. If you would like to participate in this festival as a market vendor please note that on your Market Vendor Application. All applicants will be screened by the Texas Country Reporter Festival and notified if they are approved. There will be no extra fee for market vendors who are approved to participate in the Texas Country Reporter Festival.
