| Hot Well Park is a small neighborhood park which is named for the Hot Mineral Wells which existed in the early 1900's and were visited for their healthful benefits. There were mineral baths here at one time, but the name for the park is all that remains of the old hot wells. | |

A hike and bike trail along Waxahachie Creek. The trail currently stretches over 6 miles from Getzendaner Park to Lion's Park. The trail changes sides of the creek at Rogers Street at the old Rogers Street Bridge. The City has obtained a grant for the restoration of this bridge from the Texas Department of Transportation and is awaiting award of a bid for this work. The bridge will become an integral part of the trail. |

Blvd. The plaza will provide a memorial dedicated to the struggles and lasting contributions of our east Waxahachie citizens.
