Coffee with a Cop
Join your neighbors and police officers for coffee and conversation! No agenda or speeches, just a chance to ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know the officers in your neighborhood!

Breakfast With A Cop
This annual event is a partnership  with W.I.S.D., connecting school-age children with police officers for a breakfast outing.

Cops & Kids Picnic
An annual community event offering fun, family activities, food, and giveaways.

Shop With A Cop
This annual event held in December, is a partnership with local organizations and churches, connecting at-risk children with police officers for a day of Christmas shopping and holiday activities.

Trunk or Treat
An annual event, held at the end of October, where WPD vehicles line the police station parking lot, and officers hand out candy to local trick or treaters.

Adopt A Class
A partnership with W.I.S.D. where WPD Community Services Officer and WPD adopt a classroom at an elementary campus in W.I.S.D.

Miracle League
WPD’s Community Service Officer (or other WPD police officer) often coaches a YMCA Miracle League team. The YMCA Miracle League program is dedicated to providing children, teens and adults with any variance of intellectual or physical disability, and opportunity to play on a sports team.
