Starting MONDAY DECEMBER 2ND, J & K Excavationwill begin construction work on East Avenue C from HWY 77 to Ellis Street.
As a result, East Avenue C will be closed to thru traffic. Work hours are Monday – Friday from 7am-7pm. Please expect delays and follow road traffic signs.
