The City of Waxahachie has partnered with the firm of Pipeline Analysis to conduct a sanitary sewer manhole access and investigations project in the northern portion of the City’s sanitary sewer system with the general boundaries shown in the attached map. This project is scheduled to be performed over a six-week period starting this week. Depending on the location of the manholes, a representative from Pipeline Analysis may contact you, or leave a door knocker to contact them, to arrange a time to gain access to a specific sewer manhole on your property. The Pipeline Analysis employee will be in a company marked vehicle and will be observing all COVID-19 safety precautions, such as safe distancing, wearing face masks and other safety measures. At no time will an employee need to enter your home.
