Beginning on Monday November 30th, J & K Excavation will begin construction on the Clift Street, S. Flat Street and E. Madison Street project. This is a corridor rehabilitation project that will consist of replacing utilities: sanitary sewer, storm drain and water lines. There will be improvements to the road with curb & gutter, ADA compliant sidewalks and street lights. The following streets will have traffic control barriers in place and may have delays:
- Clift Street from the southern limits to DR. MLK JR BLVD
- S. Flat Street from Jefferson Street to the BNSF railroad
- E. Madison Street from S. Flat Street to Clift Street
