To report water and sewer issues, please contact us during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Please note: If you are reporting an issue that needs extremely prompt attention (such as a water leak or sewer backup) and it is after 5pm or on a weekend, please call the Waxahachie Police Department at 469-309-4400.
