City offices will be closed December 24th, 25th and January 1st. For non-emergency needs during this time, please call the Waxahachie Police Department at 469-309-4400. For emergencies, please call 911.
Residential trash pickup will not run on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your regular pickup day falls on one of these holidays, your next pickup day will be your next regularly scheduled day. For example, if a holiday falls on a Monday and you have Monday/Thursday service, your next pickup will be Thursday. For questions regarding trash pickup, please call 972-937-8836.
