Starting MONDAY SEPT. 26 – WEDNESDAY SEPT. 28, Contractors for the Ellis County Jail will be setting up a crane to remove and replace HVAC units on the roof. As a result, South College Street between East Jefferson Street and West Madison Street will be closed to all traffic. The work will begin at 8am and end at approximately 4pm each day until it is completed.
