Clear Sky Rehab Rendering crop 10.8.2021 ClearSky Health to Offer Specialized Rehabilitative Care through New Hospital in Waxahachie
ClearSky Health, a premier rehabilitative healthcare provider, today announced that it will build a new 30-bed medical rehabilitation hospital in Waxahachie, Texas. The organization currently owns and operates five hospitals in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico with plans to open new facilities in Arizona, Kansas, and Mansfield, Texas.
 

 
7.3.2021 Navarro College Closer to Offering Bachelor in Nursing

District President Dr. Kevin Fegan and Board Chairman Phil Judson honored Texas legislators Rep. Cody Harris, Rep. Jake Ellzey and State Sen. Brian Birdwell for their work on House Bill 885 which allowed the college to offer a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree to its students. Gov. Greg Abbott signed the bill in June, and it took effect immediately. The first classes are expected to begin the fall semester of 2023, with the first graduates occurring in August of 2024.

 7.21.2020    Waxahachie Global High School Earns "Best High Schools" Distinction
U.S. News recently ranked Global High School #473 within Texas and #138 in the Dallas Metro Area high schools. Schools are ranked on their performance on state-required tests, graduation, and how well they prepare students for college.
The U.S. News first ranked Waxahachie Global High with the “Best High Schools” distinction in 2014 and has since bestowed this honor seven times.
