COVID-19 Vaccine Information

COVID-19 Vaccine Information
The City of Waxahachie has received numerous calls regarding the availability of the COVID-19 vaccine. While the City is not a healthcare provider and will not be administering the vaccine, we have received information from some of our community partners and are communicating the latest information on their behalf. Links are provided below for each of these providers to obtain more information.

Statement from H-E-B:

• H-E-B Pharmacies are currently out of COVID-19 vaccine. We are working closely with the state to secure more vaccine to service our Texans.
• We may receive more vaccine the week of January 11. That vaccine will be made available for phase 1b recipients as quantities allow.
• Once we have confirmation of the doses we will receive, customers will be able to make an appointment on our scheduler tool. The scheduler will be available on heb.com/pharmacy.
• Customers must have an appointment. Limited supply and strict vaccine handling procedures will not allow for walk ups at this time.
• Updates will be available as a recorded message on our pharmacy phone lines (972-923-2297) and also posted on heb.com.
