The utility billing online payment website has changed. You may find the new link below. You will need to know the following information to register on the new site:
New Account Number: If you have not received a current bill with the new account number. The new account numbers are the same as your old account numbers just in a different format.
For Example: Old Account # format – 100100111-001
New Account # format – 1-001-00111-001
Last Payment Amount: If you do not know the amount of your last utility bill payment you may contact us at 469-309-4170.
*The Utility Billing Website will only allow you to make ONE-TIME CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS* as well as view your account information. If you would like to set up recurring Credit Card payments please call 469-309-4170.
